Beginner? Join us 12:30-1:30 pm for an introductory workshop where I will teach you about situational awareness, how to recognize and avoid potentially violent situations, and how to respond. You will learn a few basics in Krav Maga, an Israeli-developed form of self-defense and hand-to-hand combat.
Beginners are invited to sign up for the entire 3-hour event! It will flow perfectly for you!
Some experience already? If you’ve attended one of my workshops before or have a little background already in self-defense, join us 1:45-3:30 pm for more practice and new skills: basic punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, and defending against common attacks, such as wrist grabs, bear hugs, and hair pulls.
OR Stay for the whole 3 hours, and we will provide you a light snack at 1:45 pm and a discounted rate.
