FAQs
What should I wear?
Please come in comfortable workout clothing and athletic footwear. You might want to bring a few layers for the discussion portions of the seminar when we aren’t moving as much. Also, bring a bottle of water and perhaps a few of your favorite workout snacks. I’ll bring some snacks for everyone, but if you have something you prefer to use for workout fueling, please bring it along.
What's the refund policy?
Refunds if canceled 24 hours prior to the event.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Sure! Just let us know!
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Absolutely. Though, it's best to let me know ahead of time if someone is coming in your place.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
There is no minimum age. However, I recommend that girls be over the age of 10 to benefit the most from the workshop. All girls under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Mother-daughter pairs are highly encouraged.
